Integration Guide changes and 3dCart!

I've decided that our integration guide needs to be reorganized.  The future process will feel much more organized and structured with clear milestones throughout the process. I have the first draft complete and will revise it until I feel it fits completely.  At that point you'll see the Implementation Guide completely revamped.  This will happen soon.

Our partner, 3dCart has been certified and is all systems go.  Our team is very excited to see the end result in their production environment.  Kudos to the 3dCart team.

My final note for today is that we had our first weekly internal partner integration meeting.  My goal with these meetings is to focus the entire company on integration issues.  As we encounter problems anywhere in the process, we can deal with them as a team.  What this means to you, as partners and developers, is that my group is not the only one thinking about how to make the process better.  I've already gotten some great feedback to make our processes better.

Hi, I'm Jonathan Quimby, project manager for buySAFE .  My primary function is partner integration.

There was a time, not long ago that I was a developer sitting a few rows away from where I do now.  Fortunately, I'm now in a position to make huge strides in the way buySAFE communicates with everyone else who's not in shouting range.  To that end, I'll be making regular posts here.

My goal is for every post to be informative, interesting or both.  For a while, this will likely read a bit like a journal as I explore all the ways buySAFE communicates and brainstorm around ways to make these touch points more effective.  This includes our APIs, our blog , our developer site our sandbox, our technical support site  and our project collaboration tool.
