buySAFE Partners with E-Commerce Solutions Provider Cart32 to Increase Trust and Improve Merchant Site Conversion Rates
Cart32 merchants can soon add buySAFE’s trust seal and bonding services to their Websites
ARLINGTON, Va. (January 4, 2007)—buySAFE, Inc. (www.buysafe.com ), the leading trust and safety company for e-commerce transactions, today announced that it has partnered with e-commerce solutions provider Cart32 (www.cart32.com ) to make the buySAFE service available to merchants using Cart32’s suite of e-commerce products. Cart32 provides shopping cart, checkout, and storefront hosting solutions to tens of thousands of domestic and international online retail clients.
buySAFE certifies and monitors online merchants – identifying qualified merchants with the buySAFE Seal – and uses surety bonds to guarantee merchant transactions for online shoppers. buySAFE will be integrated into Cart32 software versions 6.3 and higher, allowing merchants on these platforms to seamlessly add the buySAFE trust solution to their Websites in minutes. Once integrated, merchants will display the buySAFE Seal on their Websites – which boosts customer confidence and improves e-commerce site conversion rates – and will also be able to offer their customers the ability to bond their purchases at checkout.
“We are very excited to partner with Cart32 to provide their customers with a powerful, new way to build consumer trust and improve site conversion numbers,” said Jeff Grass, buySAFE CEO. “Cart32 has established itself as one of the premier e-commerce solutions providers, and the buySAFE trust solution is a perfect complement to their impressive suite of products. Together, we create a strong force to further buySAFE’s mission to make every online transaction reliable, trusted and virtually risk-free.”
buySAFE will be available to Cart32 customers beginning in March 2007. Current Cart32 customers interested in being considered as beta testers for buySAFE should send an e-mail to cart32@buysafe.com.
“Our partnership with buySAFE helps us further our mission to be the most comprehensive and trusted e-commerce solutions provider for online retailers,” said Shannon McMurtrey, president of Cart32. “We are committed to helping our retailers succeed. By offering the ability to add the buySAFE Seal to their Websites, we provide our merchants with a trust signal that builds confidence, increases site conversion rates and improves chances of success in the e-commerce arena.”
Cart32 is the latest e-commerce solutions provider to announce plans to integrate the buySAFE trust solution into its products. In December, buySAFE announced a partnership with MIVA Small Business Solutions to make buySAFE available to merchants using the MIVA platform for their e-commerce storefronts. buySAFE is also available for merchants who use the Zoovy e-commerce solution.
